At The Gift Connoisseur, each box is thoughtfully curated and packaged to ensure it arrives beautifully and ready to delight. Because our gifts often include food items, bath products, and custom packaging, all sales are final.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your gift arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or issue a store credit.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided your gift has not already been prepared or shipped.

 

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in rare cases where a replacement or store credit is not possible.

 

We want every gift experience to feel special, so if something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.
