- Prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment is required in full at checkout.
- We accept secure payment through trusted third-party processors. We do not store or have access to your credit card details.
4. Delivery
- Delivery timelines provided are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or additional charges.
- Local delivery, Canada-wide shipping, and pickup options are available as outlined in our Delivery Policy.
5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
- All sales are final due to the nature of our products (including food, bath, and customized items).
- Replacements or store credit will be offered for damaged or incorrect orders if reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Gift Messages & Customization
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that any personalized notes, logos, or customizations provided to us are accurate and free of prohibited content.
- We reserve the right to decline customizations that may be offensive, inappropriate, or infringe on third-party rights.
